Hi!Im Sim a 23 year old female artist who lives alone in a 3 bedroom house and is lonely! Im used to living in shared accomodation and being alone is driving me nuts! Im creative open minded easy going and a little bit shy Im looking for a housemate/housemates who share similar interests and dont mind the fact that the house is a little run-down (not badly… but its a bit old and there are a few moisture stains on the carpet etc… but its quite livable and homely!) I have 3 adorable pet rats.Im into the arts love my music to death and love going to gigs and festivals. My all time favourite band is Tool but I listen to pretty much everything! I dont have many friends so I would love to meet new people! I like having a drink now and then but also try to keep fairly healthy (try being the operative word…)There are 2 unfurnished rooms the rest of the house has my furnature in it but theres plenty of space if you have lots of stuff. The only downside is its up for demolition and only on a 6 month lease of which 4 are left… after that Im not sure whats happening but I will be planning on moving closer to work.Im open to any cultures backgrounds lifestyles… party people or quiet types!
