Hi all! Looking for a third person to share a house with 2 genuinly nice guys. (and 2 beautiful outside pups). Were located in East Bentleigh.I am studying Osteopathic Medicine and own my own massage business while Mikey is an Environmental Laboratory Manager. We enjoy a good chin wag here and there and can also happily sit back with a beverage or 2. We are warming and sociable people that also respect each others time and space. Our main living areas are always reasonably clean to sparkling. Our ideas on parties include house warming and special occassions. BBQs and guests are welcome on weekends. Weekdays are generally peaceful due to work and study.Were interested in people that are stress and hassle free. If you can have a smile on your face and raise a glass with us occasionally send us an email! Were not fussed about occupation so long as you can pay your way with rent and bills. Your room is your space. So long as it does not eminate unpleasant odours there are no issues! The house is everyones space so we all pick up after ourselves. We have most essentials but are open to any possessions you wish to bring or store.I could keep dribbling but i think you get the idea.
