There is an arial point in the room (TV not supplied).Electricity and Gas are not included in the price and a share of these bills will be required depending on how many people occupy the room.I have two cats so wont be able to accommodate any other pets. I also have a young daughter so need someone comfortable and sensitive around young children. Preferably with a Working With Children Card or Police Check.I am happy to have another child in the house. There is another room available if required at $180 pw upstairs.In brief I am a fairly quiet but sociable person looking for someone who will be part of the household.
