Beach road has a cycle/walk path that extends from Mordiallic to St Kilda it follows the beach and has wonderfull views.Wanting an honest female to share accommodation and household duties.There is a small park with childrens playground just across the road.Also there is a bus at the top of the street it links to trains at Sandringham and Frankston Lines.Can share cable internet if wanted and if preferable you can access wireless easily.I have all of the essentials needed in a home.Outdoor settings x 2.The garden is taken care of by myself.There is no smoking in the house.Parking on and off street.Secure electric gate and intercomGreat neighbours.The Beaumaris Concourse Shops are a 5 min walk for local stuff and Southland is on the bus route or an easy drive for shoppingI do my fair share am honest quiet and easy going have interests in classic motor cycles guitar reading and swimming.I have had flat mates before and enjoy the company of others also sharing meals and the odd movie.
