Seeking roomie to share with 4 others (aged 24-30) and 2 friendly pooches in spacious house in Aspendale Gardens.
Your potential new housemates are all professionally employed, easy going, clean, social and very easy to get along with. We are all often not home, so it’s not as busy and hectic as you would think a 4 person household would be.
Great location – Close to beach, public transport and shops.
The room available is furnished (or unfurnished if you prefer as we have plenty of storage space), medium sized and has a built in robe.
The lease is until end of May 2013. We will be continuing month to month.
Minimum 3 month stay. Bond and first months rent required.
