We currently have two rooms available. Two of us are currently in the house working in IT and I am self employed. Friendly and easy going. Rent will be $140 with 3 ppl. $105 with 4.We have couches washing machine drier and all that but bedrooms are unfurnished.House is tidy. 2 bathrooms one with spabath. Were about 10 minute walk from Edithvale station and beach.I have my daughter down 3 nights a fortnight on weekends.Looking for friendly people that are tidy and respectful.
