Hi we have a spare room in a 3 bedroom house in Trevallyn. The house is furnished (the advertised room in unfurnished) with wifi access. We have great views of the Tamar River and located only a couple of minutes walk to the Gorge. We are both easy going people (one girl one guy) who work full time house would suit someone 20-30 yrs.
