I am currently looking for someone to move into my spare bedroom of the rental propert i am renting. It is a renovated 2 bedroom house located on Talbot st which is part of high st which gives the house fantastic views and all day sun. It has a great open plan kitchen living area with great double glass doors which open out onto a beautiful deck with great views. I am looking for a professional working person who is mature responsible clean and can get along well with. Would love to find someone who enjoys cooking and being socialable as this house really pertains to a nice entertaining lifestyle. Also has off st parking and plenty of storage room. House is pretty well furnished but in the process of upgrading so plenty of oppourtunity to bring along furnishings if needed.
