Purpose mainly is to provide companionship for my wife.

We have no children, no dogs, just 1 cat.

We have recently had a Australian/Japanese girl stay here.
No problems was experienced by either party.
You might have to cook once a week.
We generally cook enough, so there is a meal sometimes provided, but not in terms of lease.
