Hi We have a room available in a terrace house in central Launceston. The house is on George Street and is only a short walk (2-3 mins) to the hospital CBD or cafe strip on Charles Street.The house is fully furnished (apart from the room – youll need to supply bedroom furniture).The rent is 100 pw plus expenses (phone connection broadband electricity). We have a voip setup so phone calls are very cheap.Ideally we are looking for a sociable and responsible housemate who is preferrably in their 20s.
