Fully Furnished room located in the City – 1 min from the mall!

Most of our tenants are students from afar – whether that’s from other parts of the state, from interstate or another country! So we make this easy by providing rooms which are fully furnished in central walking locations!

Whilst all the rooms vary in size all have a: Bed + Mattress

(Queen unless advertised otherwise) Full Linen Bed Sides Student Desk and Chair Wardrobe & 1/2 Chests of Drawers

Every room is also fitted out with it’s own phone – which operates on our own phone network. This gives you access to cheap International and Australian Calls. It also gives you free calls to any friends you may have who are also staying in one of our rooms, regardless of which property or city they may be in!

Common areas are fitted with TV, Couch, Dining table and everything you need in the kitchen!

House also has WIFI available.

Electricity is shared amongst the housemates. 4 weeks bond is required (this will be lodged with Tas Government – as per law).

Students / Working Holiday are preferred.

LOMOND ROOM: Fully Furnished Queen Room Available: $100 per week + bills.
