The room is a good size with high ceilings. No inbuilt closets but a wardrobe will be provided. The house will be undergoing renovations which are due to start early February to March. This will affect the back of the house and we may have no kitchen for a few days. The bedrooms wont be affected though. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.Internet is set up in the house and should cost about $20 a month eachPower and Gas are set up and come in quarterly so depend on usage (but average about $500 for the quarter between 3).I live in the front half of the house like a hermit playing computer games and reading comics so I am not looking for anyone to be overly social with. Would prefer working professional / people who have lived in share houses before. Essential: Must be neat and tidy.
