We have a room is available in a large house in Washington Street South Hobart. The house has great views of the city 2 lounge rooms (one used for table tennis) a sun room overlooking the city 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen and heaps of storage. Heating is provided by a woodfire and we have solar hotwater for when the sun is out – otherwise can be switched onto main power. The house faces the north – therefore there is plenty of light and heats up well during the day.Your possible room mates are all friendly outdoor loving people – 2 males (late 20s – Outdoor Education teachers) and 1 female (mid 20s – marine biologist) The room is fairly large has a built in wardrobe and a large window into the garden and is carpeted.
