Modern House 6km from City Centre good bus connection to town (bus stop less than 100m).House is clean and tidy – has everything in it one could need or want and am happy to share use. Probably most suitable for an interstater or overseaser as really everything – even bedding towels etc if you need such items. Have had several Germans over working for CSIRO… Rent is $750/month – plus usual expenses (as they come in electricity/ firewood/ gas as well internet if you want it). Also would suggest to go halves in a cleaner to come through once a week. Though flexible and open to most things.Must like dogs though as have a big Buffhead that lives here too.Like things tidy and not into much clutter/ junk etc but otherwise easy-going. Have a fairly active social and work life and travel a fair bit for work (eg. 3 trips in May).
