An easy 20 minute walk to the CBD 15 minute walk to the Uni and very close to the South Hobart shopping district and the best little gourmet supermarket in town The Salad Bowl. It costs $8.00 in a cab from the waterfront pubs/clubs and restaurants to my place!I have lived here for about 2 Years. Just before I moved in the whole unit was freshly painted and new carpets/curtains were put in.There is a good size open plan living and kitchen area a bathroom/laundry and separate toilet.The room for rent has a built in wardrobe and is fully furnished. If you did want to bring you own bedroom furniture it can be arranged to have the existing furniture moved out. Currently the room has a single bed with a desk. If you wanted to put a double bed in realistically you would not be able to fit the desk. This room would suit someone who does not have a lot of stuff as there is not a huge amount of storage space. It would be perfect for an international student or someone relocating to Hobart. The unit is not big enough for a couple to move in.The unit has a patio area which is good for BBQS and get togethers. I have starting growing a potted garden of flowers and vegetables to make the patio area a really pleasant environment.Overall the unit is light bright and airy. It is clean and tidy. I think that it has a really nice feel to it.About Me!I am 30 years old….but I dont feel that old!I work for the Tasmanian Government but I also do singing and performing on the side. I study part time at uni.I like cooking and gardening music and going out with friendsI love to travel I have done a lot in the past and hope to do much more in the future!I am a very tidy person and I like to live in a clean house. (Although I am not OCD about it!)I am pretty easy going enjoy a laugh the occasional big night out and am slightly crazy in a good way! (I hope!)Who I am looking for:I would really like someone easy going and fun. Someone who can get involved in things but knows when to mind their own business.
