i have a large room with built ins available for rent. the apartment is along sandybay road close to uni and bus route accross the road from the complex. Waterviews from every room in the house. i have the internet connected and is included in the weekly rental price. as for the power as well. the bedroom is fully furnished and all linen and towls etc supplied. all you have to do is bring your clothes and move in. i would like someone that is reliable with rent and neat and tidy to some degree. im easy going and like to entertain and have guests over for dinner parties. but i also like to have my home to be my home so big loud parties are not for me. i would like to have a flatmate that doesnt mind sitting down and sharing a movie or a glass of wine. (not to be ships in the night) but i also like to have a private life.
