A medium room available in a large house. Situated on kings street sandy bay. 10 mins to sandy bay campus 15-20 mins to town by foot. Will be living with 5 others, 2 men and three girls all currently at uni. The available room is well heated by the central heating, as is the lounge room. There are two bath rooms and 3 toilets. A large garden and off street parking.

We’re wanting to find some one to move in quickly. However we’re hoping for someone who wants to sign on for a 12 month period.
