The unit is two story, 2 bathroom, 2 lounge room with a private garage, and you will be sharing with a lovely lady who’s name is Zhinous. The room is available now since I am seeking someone to take over my lease (moving out due to family matters). For $130 (not including utility cost) you will share this quite spacious unit, but personally receive not only your downstairs bedroom, but the adjacent lounge room. Obviously you can share the top lounge room, bathroom and kitchen.
The unit comes unfurnished but has a fridge, oven, washing machine and electric heater.
No interior smoking.
No pets.
