Im looking for a fun housemate to rent a room at my unit! It has a seperate toilet to bathroom and i have all furniture and appliances all you need is your bed and belongings! It also has a deck with a view and is situated in a good neighbourhood in a quiet cul-de-sac. I work professionally in the city and would prefer someone who works full time hours. There is a car space available and i have a gardener and public transport is 2 blocks away! Id like to share with someone who wants to have a bit of fun but also likes their own space sometimes!
