I have two bedrooms available that are furnished with double beds in both and phone jack and internet connection in one room. There is also a separate living area with small lounge suite and TV/DVD plus dining table. Area can be closed off for additional privacy. You must like animals as I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I would prefer a student or full-time employed non-smoker. 3 – 6 months available initially however can be longer if both parties are happy with arrangements. Rent is $100/week for both rooms and living area plus telephone/electricity expenses as bills arrive.The property has a large fenced yard with space for vehicle parking. It is also close to very regular and reliable public transport to Hobart.
