Five minutes drive to town five minutes walk to kmart with a bus stop right out the front. The property is located above a business so no noisy neighbours to worry about. There is nightly security patrol and an electric gate. Private off street parking.The room offered has built in robes plush carpet chandlier ceiling fixtures built in desk with fitted light which is built into the wardrobe so you can just close the doors to hide it if necessary. It is very spacious.The house is beautiful. My flatmate and I call it the mansion. It has ceiling fixtures and chandliers in every room a huge foyer heating a kitchen fit for a chef (with garbage disposal and dishwasher) a modern bathroom with an awesome spa bath a longue room that is so big you can actually do cart wheels in (thats with the furniture in it my flatmate has tried this lol) huge windows that let the afternoon sun it and an outdoor patio.There is already an indoor cat living there so no more pets please. Im looking for someone who is easy going and friendly reliable respectful of privacy pays rent on time and who is clean.
