I have a room for rent. Nice new house. Large kitchen. Fast internet. Furnished w/ dbl bed kitchen things. Own large bathroom with heated floors. Off street parking. Im an easy going guy that likes to have fun occasional smoker/drinker . Im EXTREMELY clean and would require my housemate to be the same.
