I have 1 furnished double bedroom. The $110 pw includes power, which includes amenities (power, plus internet) Shared bathroom,toilet and loungeroom is shared with 1 other other person only. There is a 2nd loungeroom and dining area for when you wish to have friends over. Thus provides privacy to all parties except for the shared kitchen. The only thing is I dont cook much – thus not in the kitchen much at all but if you wish to share expense of food and cooking more than happy to. Balcony deck with bbq which backs onto bushland park. Available is off street parking and the house is cosy and warm. I live on premises but have my own bathroom, & loungeroom with a pooch who is extremely friendly. I am very busy professional person thus not at home a great deal and the same goes for the 1 x current boarder I have.
