I have a double room available in a house with great views. You would be sharing with only one other person. I am very clean and tidy and would require someone the same. Non smoker only thank you. Student or professional. I like a quiet drink but I am not a party animal. I have a garden shed so can store a small amount of things. There is a bus which travels to the CBD daily (only 20min) and I drive in each day for work so transport is available.
