I have a 3 bedroom house in Lenah Valley a 10 minute drive to Hobart CBD. Im looking to rent out one of the spare bedrooms with the other one being used as a study/spare room. Its a very comfy house with lots of storage space. I work full time and play a bit of sport so Im not lounging around the house all the time but I think Im pretty easy to get along with even when I am!
