Im looking for 1 person to share a two bedroom two storey townhouse. It has great views of the Glebe some water views and a lovely little garden and balcony area. Also a short walk to the North Hobart restaurant strip. There is a large living/dining area good sized kitchen separate laundry powder room with the two bedrooms upstairs and a large bathroom with separate shower/bath and another toilet. It comes with a fridge washing machine and microwave. Im pretty much set up with the other essentials so you would only need your own bed and linen.In the way of utilities there would also be the electricity bill which comes every quarter. Im looking for someone who is laid back but responsible and has their own life but is happy to occasionally share a meal and have a good conversation. You would also have to sign a lease and go through the application process via the property group but its pretty straight forward. The lease expires at the end of October will be looking at renewing.
