We have a single room available in a large house. It is a 10 minute walk to the university, and close to public transport facilities. The house has a large kitchen and living area, an open fireplace, and two outer decks overlooking Hobart and the Derwent River. We have one pet rabbit and five chickens. There are currently four people living here, all students: myself (Nicole), Karl, Simon, and Carly. The available room has a single bed, bedside table, shelves and a built-in cupboard (please see photos attached).
