I am looking for someone to take over my room because I am moving to Sydney. The lease runs till March 2011 with option to renew. The rent is $110 per week which is cheap for the area – it is walking distance to the city and woolworths. Only electricity is shared between the housemates. There is a tv with Austar in it and if you are interested that would be about 25-35 between the housemates. The room is not furnished fully but there is a cupboard to leave your clothes in the balcony.
