Hi We have 2 large bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom house. Its a beautiful old white weatherboard place with a huge balcony overlooking the city and the Derwent Estuary. You would be sharing with a working couple in their late 20s. The lounge room has an open fire place and there is a garden out the back (we have had chickens in the past). Rent is $110 per week Bond is $360 per room and the power bill is split equally per person.
