Hello this is Kelly.Im going to leave this house on 27/11/10 so I want someone to move in from the day.The location of the house is really good because only 12 mins walk to UTAS 7mins walk to shopping centre and 30 mins walk to city. and there is a shop in front of the house which is very convenient.There is a beautiful park near the house where you can jog or exercise.The deposit is $500 which you should pay in the beginning with the rent fee but you will get back when you move out.The room is full-furnished so you can just move in with your small baggage. We have dishes cutlery 3 fridges rice cooker dishwasher parking spaces 2 bathrooms tables sofas TV etc.In the room which you will use has beddings linens a fixed heater closets a clothes hanger a desk chairs a single bed etc.As I said almost everything is furnished.Some housemates are living now so you will see them when you move in. They are all nice and friendly so you will be happy to meet them. They are mostly uni international students and workers here.Electricity fee is affordable and all shared. Approximately $5 /person/ a week in winter.Weekly rates do include gas for hot water and there is no additional charge for this.One of the great feature is the provided internet. Internet fee is totally included in the monthly fee which is great!
