I have a room overlooking a private back yard with a mountain view in a three bedroom single storey home. The house has a dining lounge room one bathroom with toilet a laundry with toilet and a kitchen with all appliances. The house was built in 1930s and has a character. The dining and lounge is on the eastern side receiving full sun and river views. Looking for a person with out going personality (but not over the top) must be easy to get along with have a sense of humour and respects other peoples privacy. Preferably you will have a full time job or financially secured. University students who are financial may apply.The house is run in a share manner i.e. we all chip in to keep the house clean. Our responsibilities do not end at maintaining our own rooms
