I have a great sense of humour & enjoy a good laugh! I work full time as a Care Coordinator at KinCare. My job takes up most of my time Monday to Friday so I am not home often.
The house is an average Australian size 3 bedroom home with one bathroom & toilet. One bedroom is available for rent.
My father and I completed a few renovations about 3 years ago to the house and are still doing a few finishing touches. This includes a new kitchen as I love to cook. I take great pride in my house and try to keep it tidy.
I live in Bridgewater, 2 minutes from Brighton. It is 20 minutes from the city (30 minutes during peek hour) and there is plenty of public transport.
Security Deposit is $520 (4 weeks rent). Rent is $130 per week which covers utilities (board, power & water) except telephone, we each have a personal mobile phone. The house is fully furnished. The total move in fees are the security deposit ($520) and 2 weeks rent in advance ($260) a total of $780. The room also has a wardrobe in it for your use.
