Sleeps 11 – Located in popular Redbill Drive, Bicheno within easy walking distance to Redbill Beach, this great holiday home has the three bedroom house, sleeping 7 and a separate two bedroom unit sleeping 4. The house consists of a bright and airy sunken lounge /dining room with great water views; kitchen has breakfast bar and dish washer; bedding consists of 2 x double rooms and one room has a bunk bed consisting of a double and single bed. Separate bathroom and toilet. Internal laundry.
The separate unit, situated at the back of the house, has two bedrooms – one with bunk beds and one with double bed, and combined kitchen/lounge/dining; separate shower and toilet and has its own washing machine.
The yard is fully enclosed and paved around the house, with a separate fenced paved area around the unit. Great area for the children to ride bikes. A basketball hoop is attached to the back of the house, so remember to bring the basketball.
TV, dvd player and stereo are provided with lots of board games. A gas bbq is provided.
Linen is supplied.
Summer Rates:
House Only: $1,200 p.w. – for 7 people ; $200.00 p.n. (for min. 2 nights)
House and unit: $1,700 per week – for 11 people; $285.00 p.n. (for min 2 nights)

Winter Rates
House Only: $1,000 per week-for 7 people; $175.00 p.n. (for min. 2 nights)
House and unit: $1,450 per week-for 11 people; $230.00 p.n. (for min 2 nights)

Summer Rates: 1st November to 30th April
Winter Rates: 1st May to 31st October
