The historic Moore’s building, located at 25 Wilson Street, is available for rent for the first time in almost 20 years.
This ground floor tenancy has been used as a successful travel agency since 2001 and, prior to that, was the immensely popular Moore’s Bakery for which the building is named and then Williams Bakery.
One of the most alluring features (aside from the stunning Art Deco facade) is the original oven which is still in place and ready for that heritage-inspired entrepreneur to bring it back to life and potentially return a touch of nostalgia and old fashioned baking aroma to the streets of Burnie.
Of course, there are many other potential uses for the space, a spacious shopfront, offices behind and roll-a-door access to the rear laneway all provide the perfect location for so many different businesses.
