Shack looks small from outside but is surprisingly roomy inside. Great living area that has been upgraded including the kitchen with microwave, large fridge freezer and is fully equipped. Has reversed cycle air cond. Access is on right hand side of house.
The wet area has been upgraded with separate toilet, shower and vanity, with laundry and new washing machine.
Front yard is landscaped with views and large front porch.
