The home has a master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedrooms 3 and 4 each have 2 sets of bunks. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, full-sized fridge/freezer. There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort. Pets are negotiable.

LINEN; All homes have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets and/or covers for the doona. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets & bath towels and teatowels.
CLEANING: The property is to be left in a high standard. If it isn’t cleaning may be needed at your cost. Otherwise cleaners are available at surcharge.
