I’m looking for a housemate to join myself and my girlfiend at a new house (built in 09) in Aldinga Beach. The house is spacious and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, gas cook top, dish washer etc. It also has 2 seperate lounge rooms. The 4th bedroom is being used as a spare room/office. The house is now fully furnished. The room is very large and comes with own bathroom and toilet.

I have recently built a large hardwood deck (12m x 4m) outside. It is equiped with a chimanea, 6 piece outdoor setting, gas heater and BBQ. It’s a great space to relax and unwind. The house is fully furnished, however the room for rent is not. Street parking available.

Close to shopping centre, 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach, 2 minute walk to a park/recreation area. The Southern Expressway makes it possible to travel to Flinders University in roughly 30 minutes and the city takes roughly 45 minutes. Mclaren Vale & The Willunga farmers markets are a 5 minute drive away.

I’m looking for people enjoy living in a clean house, have their own transport, are employed and most importantly easygoing. I’m pretty social, enjoy cooking and a beer or glass of red. I like Triple J and surfing.

The room is very large and available from the 13 April onwards. The cost is $520 per month plus a share of gas and electricity. The house has solar hot water. 4 weeks rent is required for bond. No pets. I don’t smoke, however, smoking outside is fine.
