Hello Im 23 and looking for a friendly and responsible person to share a newly completed home with. The house is located in Bayswood Estate and is within walking distance to the Aldinga Central Shopping Centre. There is some public transport available from there for those who may use it.Im a pretty quiet person work lots generally mon to fri 1230pm till 930pm love technology having BBQs and drinks on the odd weekend.The house has 3 bedrooms the room that is available is 3m x 3m and the other is 3m x 3.2m both have built in robes and quality wool carpets.The living area/kitchen has large polished porcelain tiles and the colour scheme of the house would be in chocolates mochas and creams.The house is fully furnished with all BRAND NEW APPLIANCES and FURNITURE. Lounge room which the person is more then welcome to use has a large 6-seater leather lounge with chaise theres a 46 wall mounted Sony LCD 7.2 channel Surround sound HTPC PS3 and Wii. Dining room has a 6 person setting kitchen has the usual all stainless steel appliances. The outdoor area is still to be completed currently it is paved but in the near furture I am hoping to get a pergola up for the time being I can get a Marque. There is a Natural Gas point outside so no more running out of gas in the middle of a BBq.[B]$115 per week including Gas Electricity Water[/B]You will have your OWN BATHROOM I will use my own in the main ensuite. The only catch is you will be required to clean it yourself.The price is for 1 bedroom but for the right person it may be negotiable to have the second bedroom as a private lounge/study.The price includes the utilities (power gas water) and cleaning products Internet is available in the area but I cant justify spending $90 a month for phone and internet for just myself. I use Dodo (Optus Wireless)I have a friendly maltese shihtzu (house trained) but wont accept any other pets sorry :(The right person would be fulltime employed or studying.Bond will be 2 weeks rent $230 rent will be paid fortnighly in advance.
