Im currently living in a new townhouse in Wayville both my housemates are moving out in February so Im looking for two new ones. The place has four bedrooms two living areas two bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs. It has stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher ducted air con/heating and three parking spaces (one undercover). Its really close to the city and at the back of a secure group of four townhouses. Im a 25 yo professional clean neat-ish and pretty easygoing and while my cooking skills are fairly rudimentary I can bake!I do like to go out sometimes but am just as happy staying in with a glass (or bottle) of wine to heckle at the tv and Im pretty handy at a quiz night especially when the topic is celebrity baby names.I dont have a lot of furniture so would love to find someone with a houseful but if not Im sure I can work something out (beg borrow or max out my credit card most likely).Let me know if youd like to see more photos or want to come look at the place.
