Hello! We are a young couple (23&26) who are searching for some fun new housemates! We currently live with another couple but they are moving out at the end of January. We live in a decent sized 2 bedroom townhouse which is located at the back of a block of 4 townhouses, we are very close to the city and public transport.

The house is furnished but we decided to put up the empty photos from before we moved in as some of the furniture belongs to the other couple and will be different once they move out

Julian is working full time as a traffic engineer and I am a graphic designer working part time at the moment. We enjoy going out on the weekends, or sometimes just relaxing, seeing friends, and general lame couple things like cooking or playing a board game together! We are hoping to find another couple of similar ages to us and that would be social and enjoy like-minded things.

The room we are looking to fill is unfurnished but if needed we could provide a queen size bed, the room also has its own balcony. The size of the room is about 3.5 x 3.5 meters. There is a ‘study nook’ at the top of the stairs with room for a desk or shelves etc. There is safe on-street parking and we share our off-street park. We split the costs of bills and internet.

Rent and bond for the room (not per person) are: Rent: $193 per week for the room Bond: $1,125

Ideally we are searching for someone to stay for the whole year as that is the lease agreement but we would also consider people who can only stay half of the year. All paperwork, bond and rent payment is through an agency, so it is all official and nothing dodgy!
