We have got a room with ensuite and walk in wardrobe available in Thebarton which is right near the city and only a short (and free) tram ride away. The room is very large and well lit. It is currently furnished with a bed bedside table chest of drawers chair and a shelf but could also be offered unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully equipped so no need for additional white goods or kitchen equipment. The house itself is a large single storey duplex with a huge open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area that opens onto an entertainment area and a courtyard. Thebarton is a great suburb with a local supermarket pub and caf just around the corner however one thing to note is that it is in the flight path and that planes can be heard. However they dont usually fly at night time. Something about us: we are 27 and 31 both working full time and married. We are not clean freaks but we enjoy a tidy house. We like to have visitors over and entertain occasionally but its more along the lines of dinner and wine or a BBQ rather than a big messy party.We would be happy to rent out the room for $175 plus expenses or $190 including expenses such as electricity water and internet.
