My partner and I have a spare double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house locate 5 mins bus ride from the city and a 5 minute walk to the grocery store (walking). Fitness First gym is also close by takes me 10 mins to ride.Double bedroom is available for $250 p/w including bills. It is fully furnished with a double bed desk built in wardrobe and bed side table. We also have a fan and ducted air conditioning for the summer available. Also have your own private bathroom with shower toilet and bath.
