I am preferably looking for a female to share 3br house. The room is furnished at the moment with built in robe and queen size bed. The house is complete with washing machine dishwasher microwave Tvs stereo dvd video etc. I would prefer a female as last 2 males to live here caused too many problems and need a break. Room is available immediately but not in a hurry to rent. Will rent to the right person. House is 5 minutes from major shopping centre and 5 mins from Flinders Medical Centre and Uni.
