Hi! I am looking for a female to share my house. It is an old but trendy renovated split level house. It is a 3 bedroom house – with 2 big bedrooms and third bedroom which is kept spare for storage. Your room is huge – 3.8 metres by 4 metres with a built in robe. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. It is a great open house with a big out door entertaining area and bbq – very handy in the Summer! The house is also airconditioned and heated. We have parking on the driveway or rear access to the property which a car can be parked securely in there.The house is in a great location – 5 mins walk to the beach. It is walking distance to Semaphore Road the Palais and Largs Bay. It is a quiet street and is only a couple minutes walk from the train station so really convenient if you work in the city.I am a 27 year old female who has lived in the house for 18 months. I am easy going and social and I work full time in the city. I enjoy catching up with friends going down to the beach on a warm day and travelling.I am looking for a female preferably in mid 20s to mid 30s. Someone who is easy going friendly comfortable to share a house and be up for a chat and a glass of wine!Bills include electricity gas and foxtel.
