Awesome house five minutes walk from the beach little further to shops on Semaphore Rd. Very relaxing vibe in the area. The house has 2 bedrooms dining roon kitchen study living room bathroom and toilet seperate laundry granny flat out the back carport and garden shed. Large backyard with plenty of room. The room to rent is pretty big and is at the front of the house. Its windows face south. It is furnished with bed matress desk wardrobe chest of drawers etc. Its got a ceiling fan and air con in opposite room. I am a chef and love to eat and live well at home. I live comfortably and cleanly. I lead a very productive life. I have chickens in the backyard and grow alot of my own vegetables and fruits. I have a very well equiped kitchen with dishwasher oven coffee machine stand alone freezer as well as fridge lots of bench space and shitloads of pans and pots etc. I have an awesome sound system set up with a projector tv.
