Room to let in a clean, functional, secure and respectful household. Unlimited inter-webs included, 10 minutes to city and beach. We are 2 neat and hygienic 28 y.o guys, keep it quiet most weekdays but like a drink and a laugh. We enjoy good food, beer/wine, music, movies and decent company. Very considerate of personal space when required (and obviously expect a little in return!) but love a good chin wag:) Bedroom has new paint and carpet, the rest of the house is gradually being updated but has new air-con, stove etc. Off street parking, big yard, near by public transport and shops, quiet street close to bike/walking track and parks.
