The house is awesome! It has a large front and back yard, decent kitchen, lounge room and everything you need.

The bedroom available is massive, it is big enough for a King Size bed and more. It is not furnished.

I am looking for a respectful, fun, outgoing, healthy, house trained, non-smoker (Surely that’s not too much to ask!) You must also be employed.

I am a 35yr old, female teacher (and I have a few other fun jobs in the school holidays). I have a dog and she does come inside – if you don’t like dogs, this is not the place for you. She’s great though and friendly.

I enjoy getting outdoors and especially anything to do with the ocean. If you like the beach, you will love this place – it’s spacious and a 300m walk to the waters edge

Close to bus stop and Train line, it is also handy if you catch public transport.
