Renting out a room in my newly purchased place in Glenelg North – not just looking for a roommate but someone awesome and like minded to share my home!

The house – 2 bedroom, ground floor unit in a really gorgeous cul de sac only a short walk to the Bay. Unit is modern with a backyard, laundry and furnished aside from the room.

The room- small, basic but modern, will need to bring own furniture.

The roomie- friendly, easy going, 31 year old female, likes to go out and socialize, go to gigs, dinner, wine, friends but likes to chill out and unwind when at home. Neat, tidy, but a little relaxed on cleaning and happy for occaisional house guests etc.

$125 pw, plus bills – electricity, gas, etc. Available from mid January and dont have keys til then but happy to send pics. Please text as I can’t always answer the phone during work hours and let me know a little about yourself as well.
