My name is Jacinda and I currently share a large home in Glenelg North with another female and we are currently looking for another flatmate.

The house is very spacious – it has three bedrooms, two living areas, a large bathroom, large kitchen /dining area, a large backyard and a gorgeous pool & entertaining area. The room available to rent is at the front of the house and is a double bedroom with a gas fireplace, ceiling fan and a large front window. The room is unfurnished with the exception of a free standing wardrobe which can be removed, and shares a large bathroom with one other flatmate.

The location is excellent ?” a 5-10 minute walk to Jetty road, the tram line and the beach and is on a quiet street with off-street parking available. The house, being large, requires some maintenance of the yards, the pool and the house itself and we take it in turns to do this as needed, no more than a couple of hours a week per person if that.

About us ?” we are two friendly girls, one working full time and studying part time the other studying full time and working part time. The house is a social house but is not a party house, that being said we enjoy having friends over for BBQs or sharing some wine and catching up on our day. We pitch in around the house, pay the bills on time and the rent on time.

About you ?” Gender is not an issue however ideally you will be mature, a non-smoker, clean and tidy, respectful, social and friendly and have a permanent job and pay the bills on time. It would be great if you enjoy a vino or two and have a social and healthy lifestyle, like a BBQ and maybe even a bit of a chat in the evenings. The arrangement could suit somebody moving from interstate or living on their own and wanting to downsize, given the size of house and storage ability.

The bills to be paid are rent, $157 per week for the advertised room and additional expenses for gas, electricity, internet usage and pool cleaning costs (seasonal and as necessary). There is an upfront Bond required of $950 and two weeks rent in advance. The room will be available from the 21st of December.
