Were just looking for another guy (similar age range) who is clean tidy respectful of others and likes to have a laugh. Someone that we can get along with this is not a party house but were pretty social. Were all pretty quiet during the week but like to have a barbie together sometimes on weekends. Must be prepared to keep the house clean and tidy. The room is unfurnished with built ins. The kitchen has a dishwasher outdoor area large yard and entertaining area. Off street parking.
